"Ha! Just came here to give a 5 star review and see that's all they have is 5 star reviews. There's a reason for that! I had been with Allstate here in Jefferson City for over 7 years. I noticed over the last year or so that the customer service was in decline and I was getting much slower response times and sometime not getting a response at all and having to follow up again. As I was waiting for a reply for an auto quote recently, I decided to check around to other places. Turns out, State Farm was able to save me $2,562.67 per year for the same bundle I had with Allstate (home + 2 auto + 2 motorcycles). You read that right, that is what I'm SAVING...not what I'm paying. I made sure all of my coverage is almost identical (although I am getting roadside assistance with State Farm which I wasn't getting with Allstate). So needless to say, I called Allstate and cancelled everything I had with them to move to State Farm. Tami was absolutely wonderful to work with! She worked with me to get everything exactly how I needed it and was professional and pleasant. I'm very happy with the move and with their service."
